Where are your furniture products manufactured?
We work with factories in China (FOB Shenzhen, Qingdao, Tianjin) and in Vietnam (FOB Ho Chi Minh City).
What is the typical lead time for production?
After deposits are received, usually 75 days for first production, 60 days for reorder. The time can be improved with order planning. Lead time may vary depending on product complexity and factory busy seasons.
Do you offer international shipping for your products?
Not usually. The normal practice is that our clients work with their logistic providers and negotiate competitive rates FOB China or FOB Vietnam to their country. If this is required from us, we could help but it is not our main service.
What is your price range?
Our price is at a competitive, mid-market level, but our furniture compliance, quality, packing and design are at a high level. We work with audited materials and factories and have export insurance as well. Our price level comfortably fits most mid-to-high market, design-leading retailers.
Who are your clients?
Our core client base is design-leading furniture and home retailers and brands globally. We are currently expanding our client base to include Interior designers, architects, property developers and hospitality suppliers.
What is your MOQ?
We can work with orders of 30-50 pieces. We are developing our contract supply base and working on stocking a DeepGreen Studio Collection in 2024-25.
What materials do you work with?
We commonly work with solid wood and veneers in oak, ash, walnut, acacia, rubberwood, pine, rattan/cane and other non-timber materials like glass, metal, stone, concrete, terrazzo and marble. We are open to sourcing other materials that fit your design needs. You may refer to our Materials & Capabilities to know more about the materials we work with.
Are your products made using sustainable materials?
Let us be careful with the word sustainable. We prefer the word, responsible. We work with audited and compliant factories; we have certifications like Sedex, BSCI and EUTR; and we offer recyclable drop-test pass packaging. We prioritize responsible materials, designs and production, all while creating products that are built to last. Our key supplier uses renewable energy sources, like solar power. Countries like China have strict environmental laws and high usage of renewable energy as a standard practice.
While we haven’t measured our environmental footprint yet, we hope to prepare for this in 2024 and make it a priority moving forward.

What is your quality in after sales performance?
We are proud to say our after sales rates are below 1%. Industry standards are usually between 4-7%.
Can I track the status of my furniture order online?
We offer weekly status updates on production, quotation and sample development.
Are your furniture products covered by a warranty?
We offer a one-year warranty for post-production defects.

What are the payment terms to place an order?
It’s 50% non-refundable deposit and 50% before shipping.
How do you ensure the quality of your furniture products?
We maintain a strict quality control process at our manufacturing facilities and conduct regular inspections to ensure that the highest quality standards are met. Our process is covered by our DeepGreen Standard™ promise, which we continuously improve and update with Training and Data.

For Production, we have two through processes that cover first order runs and re-order runs. All of this is also covered by our Product Safety Testing Standards that is tested against British Standards, Material Quality and Performance Standards, Color Standards, Drop Test Packing Standards, and Container Loading Standards.
